Our role as an intermediary

Professional minibus rental services throughout Italy for airport transfers, sightseeing tours, corporate travel, weddings, events and private group transportation. is a booking service. We take your trip details, ask coach-hire-with-driver and car-with-driver (NCC) companies that hold the authorisations the law requires, and are insured, to price it, and we pass the trip to the partner whose quote you accept. We are not a transport company: we own no vehicles and employ no drivers. The partner provides the vehicle and driver and carries out the transport under its own responsibility.

We arrange transport services, not package holidays within the meaning of article 33 of the Italian Tourism Code (annex 1 to Legislative Decree no. 79 of 23 May 2011).

Quotes

A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as you described it. It states what is included, how long it is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Parking, tolls, ferry fares, permits for limited-traffic zones (ZTL) and entry charges for tourist coaches are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we tell you before anything is charged.

Booking and payment

A booking becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the partner and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation.

Contracts for passenger transport services carry no right of withdrawal for distance contracts (article 47(1)(m) of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005). Withdrawal is also excluded for car rental services and for leisure services with a specific date of performance (article 59(1)(n)). The cancellation terms on your quote apply instead.

What we need from you

Give correct addresses, times, flight or sailing details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats and bulky luggage. Passengers follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts where fitted. Drivers must keep to the EU rules on driving and rest times (Regulation (EC) No 561/2006), which set how long a travel day can be.

Responsibility for the trip

The partner is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the proper, safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for arranging and handling your booking with care. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you normally live, and the courts of the place where you live or have chosen as your domicile remain competent: these terms do not depart from that (article 33(2)(u) of the Consumer Code).

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking.
